Crest Nicholson, on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), is bringing forward proposals to deliver approximately 330 new high-quality homes on this previously developed site.

The proposals form part of the continued delivery of Arborfield Green, a thriving new community. As one of the final parcels of land within the wider masterplan, Arborfield Studios presents an opportunity to regenerate brownfield land and deliver much-needed homes, including affordable housing, alongside new green spaces and improved walking and cycling connections.
